*Set out on a Leadership Journey
In February 2007, a new open group of executives will take part in the "Leadership Journey"- a 6 1/2 day workshop for top managers held at a castle 50 kilometres from Prague.
A breakthrough concept now in its fourth year, the Leadership Journey gathers participants from diverse backgrounds and industries to sharpen their management edge.
In this unique setting, participants make maximum use of the expertise and experience of their peers, the feedback of an experienced coach, and guided self-reflection. Confidential exchange allows participants to troubleshoot their personal goals and current change projects; pinpoint their strengths and blindspots; and apply systemic management and communication theory to their everyday contexts.
This programme forms a bridge for participants wishing to join the high-impact “Managing for Results” peer coaching workshops (see below)
The Leadership Journey is ideal for: - Senior managers and executives who already have practical management experience but wish to update their skills to address changing and more complicated work settings
- Top players looking for skilled and insightful sparring partners to help them find new management tools and achieve better results with less strain
- Executives who want to explore their role and alignment within their organisation, and the impact of their own behaviour on team responses
Discover the value of peer feedback as a tool for generating more effective personal changes and better management benchmarking strategies. Leadership Journey participants have the chance to analyse the mechanics of organisational change while reflecting on the ways their behaviour creates – and removes – roadblocks for other people. Inspired by a challenging but safe environment far removed from company pressures, they can develop powerful new patterns that will achieve better long-term results with less strain.

The offer includes an individual preliminary interview of 2-3 hours in either Frankfurt, Hamburg, or Prague, as well as one 2.5 day and two 2-day seminars (with full board and coffee-breaks). The offer excludes travel to the destination. Wherever possible, the interview should be scheduled 4-8 weeks prior to the start date.
