Reenergizing Your Team - Phase 3: Follow-up Meetings and Top Management Coaching
< Back: Phase 2 - Team Day
About one month after the team day, there is a second round of one-on-one sessions where I help every manager to make the most of the changes and new initiatives they started, so as to maximize their impact and move forward. Where appropriate, these conversations can take place over the phone.
Selected team members and/or the CEO can opt to continue working with me on their most stretching personal goals within the framework of the team vision shared at the team day. This typically happens in monthly one-on-one meetings, but the setup is flexible. After three sessions, we will evaluate progress, take note of learnings and decide on if and how it makes sense to continue. The aim is to tie in individual gains for the benefit of the entire team.
